If it is close to the time for the following dosage, however, it is best to forgo the missed one and resume your usual dosing plan. Do not increase your dosage. If you’re taking this medication, it’s important to stay hydrated so that you don’t risk dehydration or kidney damage.
Fever, diarrhoea, vomiting, anaemia, low white blood cell and low platelet level are some of the most prevalent adverse effects that might occur. If any of these negative effects last for more than a few days, you should let your doctor know. If you are pregnant, intending to become pregnant, or are nursing, you should consult your doctor.
