Enam 2.5 MG Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and certain other heart conditions. It may also be used to prevent and reduce the risk of a heart attack. This medicine works by relaxing the blood vessels and promoting a smooth flow of blood.
 
Enam 2.5 MG Tablet has some side effects like headache, cough, diarrhoea, stomach pain and nausea. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines and rise slowly from a sitting or lying down position if you feel dizzy while on treatment with Enam 2.5 MG Tablet. Let your doctor know about any cough or throat irritation that does not go away. Avoid taking this medicine if you are allergic to it.
