Lquin 250 MG Tablet
It is an antibiotic medicine that contains Levofloxacin. It is used for the treatment of bacterial infections affecting the lungs, skin and urinary tract (kidneys, bladder, ureters, or urethra). Lquin 250 MG Tablet is effective against a large number of bacteria. It cures the infection by killing or stopping the growth of bacteria. It is not effective against infections caused by viruses. Lquin 250 MG Tablet can cause side effects like diarrhoea, stomach pain, headache, weakness, nausea, and vomiting. Lquin 250 MG Tablet can cause muscle damage, usually in your ankle. Lquin 250 MG Tablet can be taken with or without food around the same time every day.
 
Once you start treatment with Lquin 250 MG Tablet, it is recommended to finish the entire course to prevent the development of bacterial resistance. Lquin 250 MG Tablet should be avoided during pregnancy due to the risk of severe side effects on the joints of the developing foetus. Consult your doctor before using Lquin 250 MG Tablet if you are breastfeeding. Avoid using Lquin 250 MG Tablet if you have kidney, liver problems as it can worsen your condition.
 
Lquin 250 MG Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness and alter your eyesight. Hence, do not drive vehicles or do anything that requires your alertness after taking this tablet. Avoid taking antacids or dairy products like milk or curd for at least two hours before and after taking Lquin 250 MG Tablet as it may interact with them.
