Arnicor 50 contains two active medicines sacubitril and valsartan. Together, they relax blood vessels and reduce the workload on the heart, helping the heart pump blood more effectively.

Sacubitril 24 mg + Valsartan 26 mg

Helps reduce the workload on the heart
Helps lower blood pressure
Improves symptoms associated with heart failure
Can reduce heart-failure-related hospitalizations
Can reduce the risk of death in appropriate patients with chronic heart failure

Possible side effects include:
Low blood pressure (hypotension)
Dizziness
Increased potassium levels (hyperkalemia)
Cough
Kidney-function changes
Nausea, diarrhea or weakness may also occur.
