Brimocom Eye Drops 5 ml is a prescription ophthalmic medicine containing Brimonidine and Timolol. It is used to reduce increased pressure inside the eye in conditions such as open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It works by reducing the production of aqueous humour, helping lower intraocular pressure.
Brimonidine Tartrate 2 mg/ml (0.2%)
Timolol Maleate equivalent to Timolol 5 mg/ml (0.5%)
