Loteflam Eye Drops is a prescription ophthalmic corticosteroid.
It contains Loteprednol Etabonate 0.5% w/v.
It is used to reduce inflammation, redness, swelling, itching and discomfort associated with inflammatory eye conditions.

Loteprednol 0.5 %

Helps reduce eye inflammation.
Helps relieve redness and swelling.
Helps reduce itching and soreness associated with inflammation.
Helps control inflammatory symptoms following appropriate ophthalmic procedures or conditions.

Possible side effects include:
Burning or stinging sensation
Eye irritation
Temporary blurred vision
Eye discomfort
Dryness
Increased eye pressure with prolonged corticosteroid use
Prolonged or inappropriate use of ophthalmic steroids can increase the risk of glaucoma or secondary eye infections. Use only as directed by a doctor.
